As teachers we all want the best for all our students. We hope our classrooms allow all to achieve irrespective of skill or aptitude. It is however very difficult to cater for all of our students all of the time, although it should always be our goal.

Our aims;

• To provide an opportunity for staff to reflect on their own teaching
• To provide an opportunity for staff to share and learn practical methods and skills that can be used    
• To enhance the quality of the learning taking place in the classroom across the academic spectrum

• To help in the identification and creation of good practice and to establish how we can ensure this is disseminated within departments and across the whole school
